Terms and
conditions
Prices are for the cottage per week up to a maximum of six persons.
Dates
commence from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival
2:30pm Departure 11:00 am
Short breaks
of 4 nights out of season by agreement with the owner calculated at 75%
weekly rate.
All
breakages and damage must be paid for.
For those
guests staying two weeks at the cottage a fresh set of clean linen will be
supplied to enable you to change the bed linen.
There will
be a visitors book left in the cottage for your remarks please sign this
and feel free to put in any constructive suggestions that would have helped to make your
stay more enjoyable.
INCLUDED IN
THE PRICE
All linen,
bedding, towels, oil. Electricity is metered with top up cards available
from the village shop
On occasions access will be required to the cottage for maintenance
purposes. Garden maintenance will also have to be carried out. This
will be organised at your convenience.
Key to the cottage will be placed with the house keepers at 2 Tanrhald
which is the detached white house adjacent to Tanrhald Bella.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Please
read this carefully it is important:
YOUR
RESERVATION IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
1.
Booking
Bookings will be held for a
maximum of seven days in which time payment of a deposit 1/3 of the whole
amount must be received. Receipt and banking of any deposit monies
will not constitute acceptance of a booking. We reserve the right to refusal
any booking until such time as any deposits have cleared and we have issued a written holiday confirmation letter.
If your booking is not accepted by ourselves for any reason we will
promptly return any monies you have paid and be under no further
liability.
However, when you have received
written holiday confirmation, you should check it carefully. If
there is anything you do not understand or there are any errors, please
inform us immediately. No bookings are taken from persons under the
age of twenty one.
2.
Payment
When you have paid your deposit,
the balance of your holiday monies must be paid no later than 8 weeks
before you are due to start your holiday this date will be clearly stated
on your holiday confirmation letter. We do not send out final reminders.
Non payment of monies due will nullify your booking and cancel your
holiday forfeiting any return of the deposit payment.
All bookings less than 8 weeks
from the start of your holiday will require the full holiday cost being
paid before issue of the written holiday confirmation letter.
3.Cancellation or Changes made by
yourself.
If you have to cancel your
holiday, please inform us in writing immediately. Cancellation only takes
effect when we have received written confirmation from you.

4.
Liability
The owner has taken care to
ensure that the property and its contents are safe and in good order. The
use of the amenities and the property is entirely at the users risk and
the owners will not accept responsibility for injury to guests or third
parties or for loss or damage to their belongings, contents, personal
possessions or vehicles.
Guests must take care of the
cottage and its fixtures and fittings and leave it clean and tidy and in
the same condition as at the start of the holiday. Any breakages or
damage must be reported to the owner or caretaker, who has the right to
request payment to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
5.Ownership of
Holiday Accommodation
The owner/caretaker of the
property is entitled to ask you to vacate the property, without refund of
monies being paid or of any other liability to you, if in their reasonable
opinion, your behaviour is unacceptable and you are causing a nuisance.
6.Arrivals
and Departures In
order that the property can be properly cleaned and inspected between
guests Tanrhald Bella will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and
must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of
departure.
7. Number of persons using
the Holiday
Accommodation
No more than six persons to be
accommodated in the cottage at any one time
8. We
are sorry we cannot accommodate pets
9. Tanrhald Bella is a
strictly no smoking environment
We agree to uphold the
terms and conditions set out above.
